Dr. Chin-Yao Tsai is President of E-Ton since Dec. 2000. 

Prior to joining E-Ton he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Cheng Kung University and Deputy Researcher at China Steel Corporation. 

Dr. Tsai has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung university in Taiwan, and a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from Stuttgart University in Germany.
